Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola says that his side can not relax a bit in the pursuit of success this season.

City have overseen a record breaking run of form after the Catalan’s side have record a 20 games consecutive win across all competition.

The form has seen City move 12 points clear at the top of the Premier League and also in the Carabao cup, FA cup and also in the Champions League.

“We know each other quite well and they know in that moment how demanding I am – even now with the sunny days in Manchester that we cannot relax for one second,” Guardiola declared.

“Always we can do better… that is the target.

“They are an incredible team that struggled for four or five games to win games. It happened to us too.

“It happened last season and the beginning of this season and we were unable to win three games in the first two months (of this season) so still I want more and tomorrow is a good example.

“Tomorrow is an incredibly tough game and next Sunday against United (will be too) – I saw how strong they were against Chelsea (on Sunday). Still a lot of nice things to play for.”
