Euroleague regular season top team, after 12 rounds, FC Barcelona are still searching the market with the hope of adding strength to the team.
According to Sportando, FC Barcelona are interested in signing free agent the 27-year-old point guard Yogi Ferrell. He currently has no contract, as his two-year deal with the Sacramento Kings expired.
The current 31-year-old point guard Thomas Heurtel does not live up to Barca’s coach Sarunas Jasikevicius’ expectations and is not suitable for his coaching style.
Ferrell has played 249 games in the NBA with the Nets, Mavs, and Kings. Last season, he averaged 4.4 points (30 percent three-pointers), a rebound, and 1.4 assists in 11 minutes per game.
