Damian Lillard admits the Lakers’ NBA title in the “bubble” was ‘harder’
Damian Lillard opened up about the Los Angeles Lakers winning the NBA title in the Orlando “bubble”.
Lillard, who faced the Lakers in the first round of the playoffs, said their achievement was ‘harder’, given the circumstances at Disney World.
“Bron is right…What I’m saying made it easier to play well… we all had the same advantage … no travel, instant recovery options, no home/away crowd, no time change… more rest…which means it will be harder to WIN THE CHAMPIONSHIP. Mfs be pressed,” Lillard tweeted.
LeBron James recently said the 2020 NBA title was one of the hardest in his career.
