Upcoming matches in the Premier League this weekend

The Premier League is back again and there are incredible matches this weekend fans are anticipating.

Last week Premier League games came with lots of surprises following the defeat of Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea by Brentford.

Manchester United who are chasing the top four spot played a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford thanks to Fred’s goal that secured a point for them.

It was a disappointing game for the Gunners in London after Crystal Palace defeated them 3-0 and they were unable to return to their 4th position occupied by Tottenham Hotspurs.

This week the Premier League has another package and interesting matches we all can’t wait to watch.

Newcastle United vs Wolves

The Magpies will host Wolves on Friday after a disappointing result last week to Tottenham hotspurs despite find the back of the net first.

Wolves on the other got an incredible win at home with a 2-1 victory over Steven Gerrard Aston Villa.

Everton vs Manchester United

Everton will host Manchester United in the Premier League in an early kick off on Saturday following their defeat to Burnley.

Frank Lampard’s Everton are in the danger zone and might relegate this season if care is not taken.

Manchester United are having a up and down season as they have not been in fine form this season.

Ralf Rangnick side are seeking to get into the top 4 this season and qualify for the Champions League, with a win the hope might be alive.

Watford vs Leeds United

Watford are in the relegation zone and its obvious they will relegate to the Championship at the end of the season.

Watford suffered defeat to Liverpool last week at the Anfield Stadium.

Leeds United shared point with Southampton in the Premier League last week after a 1-1 draw.

Southampton vs Chelsea

The Saint have not been in a good form as well and they shared point with Leeds United last week.

On the other hand, Chelsea were humiliated in the Premier League and the Champions League respectively last week and this week.

The Blues suffered a 4-1 defeat in the hands of Brentford in the Premier League despite scoring first in the game.

Arsenal vs Brighton

The Gunners will be looking to redeem themselves after a shocking defeat to Palace away from home last week.

Brighton shared point with relegation placed side Norwich last week following a goalless draw.

Aston Villa vs Tottenham

The disappoint result last week will see Steven Gerrard side strategize their plan against a tough Tottenham side.

Meanwhile its going to be a tough game as Tottenham will like to cement their 4th position on the League table.

Leicester City vs Crystal Palace

The Foxes gave Manchester United tough game at Old Trafford last week will they get a win against a Palace side that defeated Mikel Arteta’s Gunners last week in London? That’s a question that will be answered after their 90 minutes clash.

Norwich vs Burnley

This should be called the relegation zone derby or the relegations zone battle as both teams are locked in the danger zone.

Burnley have an advantage if they get a win against Norwich in this weekend as Everton have a tough match against Manchester United earlier on Saturday.

Brentford vs West Ham

Brentford was the talk of the town last week following their comeback against Chelsea in the Premier League.

Brentford put four goals past the Blues at Stamford bridge to earn all the three points in the game.

West Ham on the other hand, has been impressive so far under their manager David Moyes.

The Hammer won their last match against Frank Lampard’s Everton who went down to ten men in the second half of the game.

It will definitely be a tough match as the Brentford side has been showing positive signs in the Premier League lately and the Hammers also want to play in Europe next season.

Manchester City vs Liverpool

This is definitely the match of the week, a match every Premier League fan can’t wait to watch.

The match is believed to be the title decider as the League leader Manchester City are currently leading the second place Liverpool with 1 point.

It will be a tough, interesting and entertaining match as both teams will give their all to come out victorious in the game.
