Nets, Rockets have had no talks on a James Harden trade for weeks, says NBA Insider
There have been no talks for weeks between the Nets and the Rockets regarding a James Harden trade, says Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
The two teams were in talks in mid-November for a trade that would send Harden to Brooklyn, yet they never reached an agreement.
Houston has informed the league they want a massive package in order to let Harden go, but the Nets don’t seem willing to offer it.
For his part, Harden has not showed up in the Rockets training camp yet, with preaseason starting this Friday and the regular season on December 22.
The NBA superstar has expressed his desire to leave the Rockets and join the Nets to reunite with Kevin Durant and Mike D’Antoni.
