Reds boss Ole Gunner Solskjaer says his players were not happy sharing point with Leicester at the king power stadium in the Premier League early kick off.

He further stated that the dressing room mood was flat when he got there and that he loved the mood he met the players.

“I think the feeling in the dressing room was… I was happy seeing them being so flat,  [they were] that disappointed, Ole said. Coming here, it could be a good point but then again, we have higher ambitions and standards that we want to live up to. They want to win every game; I want to win every game but the reality is you can’t.”

“Disappointed. But then again, you can never switch off. They’ve got good players and it was a quality goal at the end there, from Vardy – good movement and a proper striker’s goal. But we thought we maybe deserved the win because we’d created the bigger chances. One point is not the worst result but we’re disappointed that we didn’t get away with three here because it was a very good side we were playing against.”

Manchester United took the lead twice in the game but Vardy’s late goal denied the Reds the three point and a chance to move to second position in the League table.

The manager also gave an update on Lindelof who was taken off and replaced by Tuanzebe the game in the sixty-six minute of the game.

“It was his back again, I think, so we’ll just have to assess that one before Wolverhampton. Then again, Eric is fit now, Axel’s fit, so we might have to look at that one for Wolverhampton again. We’ve got maybe 34 more hours than Wolverhampton to prepare for this game so hopefully the boys will use them wisely.”
