Manchester United boss Ole Gunner Solskjaer praise his front for their quick response to Sheffield goal as goals from Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial secured the 3 points for the Reds to lift them to sixth position on the Premier league table.

Ole believe the three goals were excellent and also hails the pace, skills and qualities his players possess.

“With the pace and the skill in these boys, the quality of the touches and movement – I thought all three goals were excellent. Then again, I wanted to test them here today because we knew it was going to be a physical test, a fight, they were going to get kicked, going to get late tackles.”

The Reds boss whose side claimed six wins from six away games in the Premier League stated that they need to regain their home form and also get use to Old Trafford pitch.

“Yeah but we need to sort the home form. Obviously, it’s not like it’s home and away in these conditions without fans and it seems like we’re going to be in this situation a little longer, but we should be more used to the Old Trafford pitch than these pitches so hopefully we’ll start. It’s a massive game for us, we know that. We’ve been waiting for years to get this game on and we’ll be ready for it.”

The Norwegian believe Dean Henderson who replaced De Gea in goal today and made a terrible mistake which led to Sheffield’s first goal is always learning and the match serve as a test for him.

“Good, bad and the ugly, maybe in a different chronological order but it’s a test and a learning curve, Dean’s always learning. He comes back here [to Bramall Lane] and he’s probably been looking forward to this for a long, long while and to get that [bad] start, it just shows his character [how he performed] in the rest of the game.”

Meanwhile Ole spoke about United striker Edinson Cavani who was charged by FA for over social media post.

“I know that Edinson never meant any harm, it’s his friend [he was replying to]. He has come into a new country and made a mistake and he’s apologised. He didn’t mean any malice, so we’ll work with the FA and hopefully he’ll be ok.”
