Manchester United manager have given update on his forward Marcus Rashford as he was absent against the Foxes in the FA Cup defeat.
The England international was injured in the Europa league round of 16second leg against AC Milan on Thursday night and was brough off for French man who scored the winner in Italy.
In the pre match conference at the King power stadium the Norwegian was asked in United No. 10 will be available.
“No, he wasn’t close,” Ole told BBC.
“We took him off and he thought he’d be ready but, yesterday, he had no chance of walking on his foot. The scans show there’s an injury there but, of course, we’ve got players coming back – Anthony [Martial] and Donny [van de Beek] coming back in, so there are positives as well.
“I don’t know [any timeframe for a return]. The doctor will speak to the English [FA] but I think he’ll travel and report for them. Maybe he’ll be fit for them.”
“We need all our players as we’ve played so many games with less than four days in between the games all season, so we need everybody fit,” the manager said.
“Anthony, it’s not been too long since he played really well against [Manchester] City so I expect him to do well. Edinson has been working really hard to get fit as well so we’ll probably see him towards the end of the game.”
