ESPN’s sports analysts Zach Lowe, Kendrick Perkins, and Richard Jefferson joined Rachel Nichols on The Jump to discuss the future of Giannis Antetokounmpo with the Milwaukee Bucks, and whether he will sign a supermax contract extension.
Lowe says the Bucks were confident after acquiring star guard Jrue Holiday and agreeing to a deal for wing Bogdan Bogdanovic but have gone silent after the Bogdanovic trade fell through.
Prior to the NBA bubble, Giannis, who took home both MVP and DPOY last season, averaged 29.6 points on 54.7 percent shooting, 13.7 rebounds, 5.8 assists, 1.0 steal, and 1.0 block in just 30.9 minutes per game.
