Ancelotti: “We are attached to the top of the table.”
Ancelotti says that they are still in the position to play European football next season after beating the Gunners at Emirate stadium in the Premier League.
Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti says that his side is still attached to the top of the table after beating Arsenal at the Emirate stadium in the Premier League.
Arsenal lost 1-0 at home to the Merseyside team, seeing Everton move 1 point off 7th place Tottenham and 3 points of the top 4 though Chelsea and West Ham are yet to play.

Ancelotti who earlier stated that his players fight for anything as the season come to an end while they target European football nest season.
On the game against Arsenal.
Speaking to media after the game Everton head coach said: “It was a good result, important, we are still attached to the top of the table.
“We needed that. I said before this game we had to keep fighting and we played a good game. We had difficulties but we tried to play and had some good opportunities.
“Defensively we were good, I am satisfied with the performance. It’s all good news tonight and this gives us confidence for the next games.
“Finally, I can say we are back. We had a difficult moment with lots of injuries but this victory gives us more motivation for the next games.”
On Jordan Pickford performance.
The Italian praise Jordan Pickford for his performance in the game as he made a fantastic save towards the end of the game.
The former Real Madrid boss stated that it would have been a draw game but Pickford was good with ball and they also defended very well in the game which gave them the three points needed as they target European football.
