Salah took to his social media before the game between Real Madrid and Manchester City that he will prefer to play against the Spanish side in the Champions League final.
After the triumph of Real Madrid over City at the Bernabeu Stadium last night Salah posted on his social media page that they have a score to settle in the Champions League final.
The Egyptian was unable to complete the match in 2018 after he suffered injury in the first half of the game against Real Madrid.
However, the Reds star has been warned his comments could ‘come back to bite him’ at the Stade de France.
“I think Liverpool will be delighted with that result and that they’re playing Real Madrid again, but they shouldn’t be over delighted,” former Aston Villa captain Gabby Agbonlahor told the talkSPORT.
“Mo Salah tweeted like he’s got a score to settle, but something that can come back to bite you.
“Real Madrid are no mugs. They showed last night they were the better team, they’ve still got some great players.
“And they can rest all their players for three weeks.
“LaLiga is won, they can get their feet up, get the massages in, a little bit of training, while Liverpool have got to play their best team every game.”
