The Los Angeles Lakers star became the first athlete to receive the Sports Illustrated Sportsperson of the Year award for the third time. Before that, James, who played for 17 seasons in the NBA and played in ten finals, became the best Sports Illustrated athlete in 2012 and 2016.
LeBron’s career averages are 27.1 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 7.4 assists in 1,265 regular-season NBA games. He has won 4 MVP Awards and has been selected to play in 16 All-Star Games.
