Ole shower praise on Martial as he is responding to his demand positively.

Manchester United boss Ole Gunner Solskjaer has praised his no.9 Anthony Martial as he is responding positively to his demand and also reveal how talented the French man is.

Martial came in as a substitute in a 2-0 victory in the Carabao cup against Everton providing an assist to Cavani and also scored a late goal to fire the Reds into the Semifinal of the competition.

The Reds boss revealed during his press conference his request for Martial to increase his running stat and he was pleased to see the former Monaco man register 9.63km in the 6-2 win against Leeds United in the premier league.

“Anthony has made some important contributions lately, assists and he has scored goals, he is getting fitter,” the manager said during his media briefing.

“I think he showed against Leeds, and he knows that I am onto him about this, that his running stats have set a new standard for him, which I want to see more from.

“He will always have the quality, Anthony. Maybe his confidence has been bruised a little bit by what happened earlier on in the season, with the red card and he has had some criticism.

“But Anthony is going to be better and better. When we get Mason, Marcus and Anthony firing on all cylinders as well, I think we will be a bigger threat for teams.”

Manchester United will be travelling to play the Foxes and a Victory would move the Reds up to second in the Premier League with a game in hand on leaders Liverpool, that would be a very positive position.
