Jamie O’Hara says he would have loves it if Tottenham have appointed Graham Potter.
Former Tottenham player Jamie O’Hara has stated that Tottenham hotspur should have appointed Graham Potter.
The London side appoint former Wolves manager Nuno Espirito Santos after they sacked Jose Mourinho.
The pundits believes that the current Brighton manager has done incredibly well at the club and would have loved him at Spurs.
“I think it was at the start of the last season, I was a bit like, ‘No, he still needs to do more and show us more what he’s about with this Brighton side.’
“And then he had another great season with them and the football that he’s playing.
“When I interviewed him, I completely changed my mind with him.
“You know when someone has an aura when you’re with them and they have that sort of philosophy of how they want to play. When I interviewed him, I was like, ‘Wow, this guy is the real deal’.
“He’s shown that this season and I think Spurs have missed out in not trying to go for him.
“I like Nuno, I think he will do a good job eventually, I think he could do okay. But if we were going to have a manager where I would go, ‘That’s who we should have got’, I would have said Graham Potter.”
