Liverpool will host Manchester United in a tough match at the Anfield tomorrow as the three points is vital for both teams in the Premier League.

Manchester United will travel to Liverpool tomorrow for their Premier League fixtures as interim manager Ralf Ragnick insists his team needs to be compact in order to defeat the Reds at Anfield.

The Red Devil almost jeopardize the game against bottom side Norwich on Saturday after the Canaries came back from 2 goals down to equalize before Cristiano Ronaldo’s free kick secured the three points.

Rangnick will be without Scott McTominay and Fred at Anfield just like the Norwich match as Paul Pogba was deployed to play the defensive midfield role in the game.

United lack the compatibility and the aggressiveness in the game which cost them their two goals lead.

Rangnick has stated that they need to find their compatibility and aggressiveness in order to get the three points against a tough Liverpool side tomorrow.

“Well as I said after the game, we just need to be more compact and we need to find a better balance of what can we do in possession of the ball and what do we need to do in order to defend our own goal and for sure we need to be more compact and more aggressive, more on the front front but still make sure we have all of the players behind the ball and this is what we need to show tomorrow against a team who is one of the best if not the best in producing chances and creating moments in which they can be dangerous in and around the box.

“We need to be at our very, very best defensively but still have a formation and a line-up and an approach to the game where we can be dangerous ourselves.”

Liverpool just came back from an intense week from playing Manchester City twice in few days and also Benfica in the Champions League.

Rangnick believes Liverpool tough week doesn’t mean they have an advantage over the Reds at Anfield.

“Well, it’s up to us. We definitely will travel there and try to get the three points. This is what it’s all about and it’s not about the situation they are in. It’s only about our situation and after last weekend’s results, we are still in the race for no.4 but in order to stay in that race, we have to win almost every game, starting with tomorrow.

“Although we might be the underdogs for most people, we still know that if we raise our level, if we play a top performance ourselves, we have a chance to get three points there and this will be our ambition and our goal for tomorrow.”

It will be a tough match for both teams in the as Manchester United needs the three points to get into the top four while Liverpool wants to close the gap between themselves and League Leaders Manchester City.
