Donny Van De Beek has been blamed for the goal United conceded against West Ham in the Carabao cup.
Manchester United midfielder Donny Van de Beek was blamed for West ham goal that crashed the Reds out of Carabao cup.
There have been speculations around the future of the former Ajax player of not getting game time under Ole Gunner Solskjaer.
Van De Beek was handed a start in the defeat against the Hammers in the Carabao cup competition.
Van de Beek was singled out by Sky Sports pundit and former England international Casey Stoney during the defeat.
When analysing the only goal of the game, Stoney explained: “It’s poor defending, he’s got him in his eyesight, I don’t know why he thinks he’s got to go affect the ball, he just needs to stay with his player.
“He’s been drawn to the ball, he’s had his eyes on the ball, not checked his shoulder, there’s only one ball from the by-line and that’s the cut-back, that’s the danger so you’ve got to stay on your player and realise the danger.”
