Stephen Curry is set to return to the Golden State Warriors team after he suffered injury on his shoulder.

Golden State Warriors star man Stephen Curry is set to return to the team after been sidelined with injury.

Curry, who has missed the past 11 games with a left shoulder subluxation, is likely to be back for the team’s matchup against the Phoenix Suns, the Warriors stated.

Golden state Warriors general manager Bob Myers and coach Steve Kerr stated this last week they were hopeful Curry would return by this weekend, when the team embarks on a five-game road trip.

On Friday, Curry said his return would happen “when I’m ready.” That day, Curry participated in contact and 5-on-5 work for the first time since getting injured.

“With this one, it’s kind of about getting through as much of the testing phase as possible,” Curry said Friday. “So if I can get a few more reps in, then I’ll be ready.”

On Monday, Curry was a full practice participant and scrimmaged again. He has been wearing a sleeve on his left arm, which he said is for both function and athletics.

Without Curry, the Warriors have gone 6-5, not including the game against Indiana when he got injured.
