Former Chelsea defender Jason Cundy has stated Neymar will not be a good fit for the Blues after the Brazilian is linked with the club.
Former Chelsea player Jason Cundy has stated that he doesn’t want Neymar anywhere near the Stamford bridge club.
The Brazilian has been linked with the Blues as new Chelsea owner Todd Boehley seek to strengthen the team ahead of the new season.
Speaking on in a program at TalkSPORT the former Chelsea defender said the Brazilian is good but overrated.
He added that he only thinks about himself compare to Eden Hazard who is a team player.
“Well, you know my thoughts on Neymar, I think he’s overrated,” talkSPORT host and former Chelsea defender Cundy said on the Sports Bar.
“Good player, but overrated. It’s all about him. Eden Hazard was a team player.
“Neymar has been linked with Chelsea for a while, I’ve always said I wouldn’t want him near my club. I don’t think he’s the sort of player that Chelsea need.
“Is he a good player? Is he talented? Yes, I don’t doubt that for a second.
“But I would not want him near Chelsea.”
