The league has been a tough one so far and goals upon goals are been conceded by these incredible keepers.
- Ederson- Manchester City
Though the Manchester City goal keeper has the highest clean sheets in the Premier League and we can thank the City’s defender for a great job.
Having the strength of passing the ball and not always under pressure when distributing the ball, the Brazilian is not always called into action.
Ederson conceded no goal in their 5-0 victory against Sporting Lisbon in the Champions League knockout stage.
Unfortunately for him he conceded 3 goals against Tottenham in their recent defeat in the Premier League.
- Emiliano Martinez- Aston Villa
The Argentine has become one of the best goal keeper in the Premier League so far this season.
The former Arsenal goal keeper was impressive for the Gunners before he left to Aston Villa.
Martinez has been incredible and has established himself as the number 1 goal keeper for country and club so far, and he helped the Argentina team win the Copa America.
- David De Gea – Manchester United
Since coming into limelight at English club De Gea has been incredible and made lots of saves for United.
Though the Spaniard is always unlucky and after several saves, he doesn’t keep clean sheet due to Manchester United poor defense.
De Gea conceded 2 goals against Leeds United in their 4-2 victory in the Premier League.
He would have been in the top 2 but lack of clean sheets has stopped the Spaniard from ranking higher than this.
- Allison Becker- Liverpool
One top goal keeper we can not put aside is Allison, the Brazilian has been incredible for his Liverpool so far this season.
Allison has been in top form this season despite his dip in form last season.
The Brazilian kept a clean sheet against Inter Milan in the Champions League but unfortunately conceded a goal against Norwich.
- Edouard Mendy- Chelsea
The Chelsea shot stopper has been incredible for both club and country so far.
The Senegalese won the Champions League with the Blues, World Club Cup and also the AFCON with his country side.
He has put in an excellent performance since his arrival at Chelsea and he has helped the Blues so far this season.
Mendy kept clean sheet against Crystal Palace in the Premier League last week and hope to continue his form in the Champions League against Lille.
