Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola says that the victory a over Aston Villa in the Premier League is important as they continue in their pursuit of the league.
City beat Aston Villa 2-1 with ten men coming back from a goal in the first of the game as they remain top of the league.

Guardiola believe winning is really important after a disappointing defeat in the FA cup semifinal to Chelsea.
Speaking with the media the City boss said: We know exactly what we need, it’s to play like today, it’s a hugely important victory.”
“When you arrive in the last five games depending just on yourself, it is a good boost, good credit.
“I saw the team, we were committed and after our two defeats against Leeds, against Chelsea we knew how important it was and of course for the progression for the Carabao Cup final and the Champions League game.
“It’s close, the most difficult for many reasons, season of our lives, like all the clubs.”
Manchester City lead United with 11 points in the league and also prepare to play the EFL cup final with Tottenham.
