Paris Saint-Germain manager has been placed in police custody due to discrimination allegations during his time as the coach of OGC Nice. The French public prosecutor confirmed this development following Galtier’s summons by investigators for accusations of racism.

Christophe Galtier, the manager of Paris Saint-Germain, has been placed in police custody following allegations of discrimination during his time as the coach of OGC Nice.

The French public prosecutor made the announcement today, stating that Galtier has been summoned by investigators to address accusations of racism, as reported by French outlet RMC Sport.

Both Galtier and his son, John Valovic-Galtier, have been taken into police custody for a duration of 24 hours. They will be questioned by the judicial police in Nice.

Despite the ongoing situation, Galtier is still officially in charge of PSG. However, numerous reports suggest that he has been dismissed by the club’s board shortly after winning the Ligue 1 title.
