Knicks’ Austin Rivers dealing with groin pull
New York Knicks guard Austin Rivers was limited at practice due to a groin pull, according to head coach Tom Thibodeau.
Rivers, 28, is expected to be day-to-day with his injury.
He still has two weeks to get fully healthy for the 2020-2021 NBA season opener on Dec. 23 against the Indiana Pacers.
Rivers, who agreed to a three-year, $10 million deal with the Knicks in free agency, will get the opportunity to be a solid contributor for the team.
