Manchester City put four goals past Liverpool in the early kickoff of the Premier League at Etihad stadium.

The Premier League defending champion defeated Liverpool in the Premier League to mount pressure on Arsenal.

The Etihad side hosted Jurgen Klopp side in the early kick off of the game and then claim all three points in the game.

Salah scored first in the game to give the Reds the lead before Alvarez score to make it level at half time.

Kevin De Bruyne score in the early seconds of the second half to give City the lead before Gundogan scored 7 minutes later to double the lead.

Former Aston Villa man Jack Grealish made it 4 in the 74 minutes to give Pep Guardiola side a comfortable win at Etihad.

Manchester City are now 5 points behind Premier League leader Arsenal.
