Pogba and Lukaku slammed and believe the pair are selfish
Neil Warnock has slammed both Paul Pogba and Romelu Lukaku as he believe they are selfish and think about themselves alone.
Former Crystal Palace and Leeds United manager Neil Warnock believes both Paul Pogba and Romelu Lukaku are selfish and do not care about the team or club.
Former Manchester United midfielder Pogba left refuse to sign a contract and left the club on a free transfer on his second spell at the English club.
Romelu Lukaku who also joined the Blues last season following his spell at Italian club Inter Milan has also left on loan.
Speaking with the media, Warnock stated that both players do not think about the club but always about themselves which is a bad one.
“Good riddance, that’s what I say,” Warnock told talkSPORT Breakfast.
“Same as Pogba at Man United. I think both of them are all about ‘me, me, me’ and not the team or the club.
“They’re the type who score a goal, kiss the badge and then they’ve transferred next week.
“I don’t miss people like that. I didn’t think he did anything at Man United and I don’t think he’s done anything at Chelsea.
“Yes, Lukaku scored a couple of a good goals, but his teammates will be far better without him.
“The manager is quite lucky because he hasn’t got to worry about him. I think Tuchel will be quite pleased about it.”
