Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford has been told by the club to bulks up in other to avoid injury in the future.
Rashford will be in contention to a place in the starting 11 when they travel to Leicester this weekend.
The academy graduate has worked himself up to fitness after he underwent a shoulder surgery that has kept him out this season.
It was reported that Rashford featured in a behind closed door match against Blackburn and scored twice in the 3-0 win.
The 23-year-old added 4kg of muscle to his lower body as he worked his way back to full fitness.
But due to limited mobility in his left shoulder, Rashford has lost muscle mass in his upper body.
United believe that if he bulks up, he will have a better chance of dealing with the physical demands of the Premier League and staying injury-free in the future.
Rashford hasn’t played a competitive game since the Euros but will now add to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s wealth of attacking options.
