In the World of football there lots of tough game that happened and also gave fans things to argue about.
In the Premier League it was all about the derbies, from the Manchester derby to the London derbies.
Manchester United hosted Manchester City at the Old Trafford stadium and Erik Ten Hag’s men went home with the three points.
Manchester City scored first but the Red Devils came from behind to defeat their local rival in the game.
The London derby between Chelsea and Crystal Palace also was on point, the Blues have been in poor form this year but they got their first win the year against Patrick Vieira side at the Stamford bridge.
Meanwhile Tottenham hosted Arsenal in the North London derby but the League leaders didn’t fail to prove them self with a 2-0 win in the game.
In the Italian Serie A, the League leader Napoli and second place Juventus went head-to-head but the result surprised everyone after Napoli defeated Juventus 5-1.
In the Spanish Super cup, Barcelona were able to claim the cup following an incredible performance and result in the game.

In the NHL, the Boston Bruins won agaisnt Toronto Maple Leafs 4:3, Carolina Hurricanes defeated Pittsburgh Penguins 2:1, Colorado Avalanche defeated Ottawa Senators 7:0, Detroit Red Wings suffered defeat to Columbus Blue Jackets 3:4, Florida Panthers defeated Vancouver Canucks 4:3.
New York Islanders defeated Montreal Canadiens 2:1, Washington Capitals suffered defeat Philadelphia Flyers 1:3, Chicago Blackhawks suffered defeat to Seattle Kraken 5:8, Minnesota Wild defeated Arizona Coyotes 2:1.
