Everton midfielder Tom Davis says the team’s consistency and the pattern of play have help he get his form under manager Carlo Ancelotti.
The Academy graduate is gradually establishing himself in the team, starting six of the past eight Premier League matches.

Davis played a vital role in the 3-3 draw against Manchester United on Saturday where the Everton came back twice to earn a point.
Davis further stated that he is doing everything he can to improve and he hoping to perform at the highest level.
“I am doing everything I can, I love playing footie and want to play at the highest level,” Davies told Media.
“Each day I have a chance to develop and I am going to put in as much work as I can.
“You can see on the pitch I am starting to find my form and get a real good understanding of the game.
“I am going to keep doing that [working hard] and it is paying off for me.
“I am always trying to get better and I want to produce performances of as good a quality as I can.
“They have been coming along in the past few games and the team is playing better, which helps.
“When we are doing well as a whole, like the second half [at Manchester United], it makes it a lot easier for me.
“You could see people really wanting to get on the ball and that gives me a bit more time and players to hit with passes.
“I have a lot of time to improve and am going to keep doing it as best as I can.
“I am still young, I have a lot of development to go but I am happy with how I am performing.”
Everton’s next game is in the FA Cup clash with Tottenham Hotspur at Goodison Park on Wednesday
“It is a massive game,” Davies said.
“This was a good one for the lads to get that point.
“The spirit and fight and quality we showed, we will carry into the next game.”
