Ralf Rangnick claims they had an improved performance says defense was Manchester United weak link against Arsenal.
Manchester United interim manager Ralf Rangnick blames defender for their disappointing defeat against arsenal in the Premier League.
Arsenal hosted and defeated United 3-1 in the early kickoff of the Premier League at the Emirate stadium.
The Gunners took the lead in the early minute of the game through Tavares and the second on came from a spot kick from Saka.

Rangnick while speaking after the match claims that they perform very well but point at the defense as the only weak side of their performance.
“We showed an improved performance but a disappointing result. We had numerous chances to score more goals. The only weak side of our performance today was we didn’t defend well on the sides of the box.”
He added that Arsenal’s third goal was off side and Ronaldo’s goal that was ruled out for an offside was not as he emphasize on the handball in the first half of the game.
“The third goal for Arsenal was cleary offside”, Rangnick added. “David said to me he could not see the ball.
“Cristiano’s second goal was not offside and there was another handball in the first half that was not given.”
Manchester United have now lost two games in a week following their last defeat to Liverpool at the Anfield stadium.
