Chelsea beat West Ham in the London derby as Tammy Abraham’s brace gave them a befitting win to move the blues to fifth in the premier league table.
Chelsea have suffered two consecutive defeat from Everton and Wolves in the Premier League which dropped them off the top four but the win against West Ham have stop the rot in their final game before Christmas.
