Jurgen Klopp claims the dirty result are the important ones as he stress that he careless how they got the winning in Spain.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp claims that he doesn’t care how the win comes saying ‘the dirty ones are the important ones’.

Liverpool defeated Atletico Madrid away from home in the Champions League last night.

Klopp admitted that the game was a tough one but happy to get the 3 points in a massive game like that.

While speaking after the game Klopp said: “It was a tough game, come on!”. “Honestly, how you win it, I couldn’t care less! The dirty ones are the really important ones! On a night like this, getting three points is really massive.”

“Our penalty is a penalty. And I think the other one is not a penalty, but I don’t see it very often when they take it back [to the pitchside monitor]. I didn’t expect that, but I think it’s the right decision.

“The red card is for sure unlucky, but it’s still a red card. Boot in the face and stuff like this, we’ve had red cards like this in the past.”

The German further stated that he was not happy with the reaction of Atletico boss Diego Simeone as he didn’t shake him after the game.

“The situation is clear, I wanted to shake his hand, he didn’t want it,” said Klopp.
