Marcus Rashford is not pleased with rumours of his potential United contract as he said he is focused on finishing on a good not this season.

Manchester United Marcus Rashford has described claims that he’s demanding £500,000 a week at Manchester United as ‘complete nonsense’.

The forward will have just one year left on his contract in the summer and the priority for the Red Devils will be securing his long-term future.

Rumours have been circulating about the sort of figures that he’ll be demanding.

But taking to social media, Rashford said that they are simply not true.

He said: “Just before this one starts to do the rounds!

“It’s complete nonsense. The club and make [my]self have been respectful to one another, and that’s how it will remain.

“My focus is purely on finishing as well as possible in the league and winning trophies.”
